The Best in Comedy show debuts at The Spotlight in Hoddesdon, with an amazing featuring the wonderful Sara Pascoe, Paul Sinha, Rachel Parris & Thanyia Moore!

Sara Pascoe decided she wanted to be famous at 14 years old. Since then, she has auditioned for Barrymore, scared Pete Burns and ruined Hugh Grant’s birthday - but look at her now! (please look, she needs you to look. And clap. And laugh. And then clap again).

She wrote and starred in her recent BBC 2 sitcom Out Of Her Mind, and is the celebrated host of BBC 2’s The Great British Sewing Bee, BBC’s Last Woman on Earth, Dave’s Comedians Giving Lectures and Comedy Central’s Guessable.

★★★★ “A comic in her prime” – The Times

Paul Sinha was born in the UK to Bengali parents and the family medical dynasty. Whilst studying medicine in the 1990s, Paul took his first steps on the stand-up comedy circuit and is now one of the UK’s best loved comedians. Paul is a familiar face on television as a guest on BBC's QI and Would I Lie to You? and as a competitor on Dave’s Taskmaster.

Thanks to his passion for quizzing, he also appears as a general knowledge expert on the much-loved ITV quiz show, The Chase.

★★★★★ “an utter treat” – Ed Fest Mag

Rachel Parris is a BAFTA Nominated comedian, musician, actor and improviser, best known as the host of Dave's Late Night Mash.

She has appeared on Live at The Apollo and Mock the Week, and Cats Does Countdown, as well as many other comedy and entertainment shows, including QI, Would I Lie To You, Comedians Giving Lectures and Hypothetical.

★★★★ “Beautifully crafted and performed! endearingly frank and funny...tears of laughter” – The Guardian

Thanyia Moore is an award-winning comedian, best known for her fiercely commanding stage persona and razor sharp wit.

Winner of the national Funny Women Awards, Thanyia has gone on to build an impressive list of TV credits including, Mock the Week, Mo Gilligan’s Black, British and Funny, Richard Osman's House of Games, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled and Big Narstie Show to name a few.

★★★★ “A comedian with a wicked sense of humour who is overspilling with personality.” – I Talk Telly
