The Spotlight is a fully accessible, multifunction venue, offering a selection of assisted events throughout the year.

We have several disabled bays in our cark park and two by the entrance of the venue. We have step-free access to the entrance of the venue with a drop off zone right outside the door. If you may require assistance getting from your vehicle please contact us before the event.
We have a range of designated spaces for wheelchair users in our auditorium and can provide step free access to our main stage if needed. For more information or to book a wheelchair space please call our box office on 01992 441946.
The Spotlight offers a free tickets to the registered carers accompanying our disabled customers. Please contact our box office when booking your ticket. You will be asked to provide proof, such as the first page of your Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment letter. If collecting tickets from the box office please remember to bring your proof of carer information with you.
We welcome registered assistance dogs inside the Spotlight. Please contact our box office when booking your tickets if you are intending on bringing an assistance dog with you on your visit.
Throughout the year the Spotlight offers a limited number of relaxed performances. These shows are adapted for customers with disabilities including those on the autistic spectrum. During these performances, the house-lights are set at 25% and noise levels are reduced. All pyrotechnical effects and loud bangs are removed from the performance.
