It is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of our upcoming pantomime, Snow White, due to logistical and operational circumstances beyond our control. We explored every possible option to proceed, but after careful consideration, we concluded that the production would not meet the high standards our audiences deserve.

We would like to address some of the comments and questions we have received following this announcement. The decision to cancel was based purely on operational factors and was in no way related to the cast, creative team, or the quality of their work. We hold the utmost respect for every member of the company, all of whom are highly talented professionals who have shown great commitment and enthusiasm throughout the process.

We fully recognise the disappointment this news has caused – not only for our audiences, but also for the dedicated performers and crew who were preparing to bring this production to life. This was not a decision taken lightly, and we are truly grateful for everyone’s understanding and support during this time.

We will be in touch with all ticket holders to arrange refunds. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the Box Office at this time, as we are likely to experience a high volume of enquiries.

In light of the cancellation, we have programmed a jam-packed December full of festive entertainment, featuring a wide range of top-quality Christmas shows and events for all ages to enjoy. We hope you’ll join us this festive season and continue to support live theatre at The Spotlight.
